PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

During new collection launches and high-volume periods, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days. We appreciate your patience.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

Free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $49.
Orders under $49 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery after processing: 5–10 business days.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on your location and order size.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination country and package weight.

Estimated delivery after processing: 10–21 business days. Delivery times vary significantly by country and are subject to local customs processing.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are not covered by One Caribbean Apparel.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at hello@onecaribbeanapparel.com with your order number.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. One Caribbean Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us within 24 hours at hello@onecaribbeanapparel.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@onecaribbeanapparel.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
