Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders ship within the United States. International shipping is available at checkout with rates calculated by destination.

How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at hello@onecaribbeanapparel.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after that window.

How much does shipping cost?
Domestic orders over $49 ship free. Orders under $49 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. International rates vary by destination.

How long will delivery take?
Domestic: 5–10 business days after processing.
International: 10–21 business days after processing, depending on your country and customs processing times.

Do you offer express shipping?
Not at this time. We are working on adding expedited options. Join our newsletter to be notified when this becomes available.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@onecaribbeanapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you need a different size or color, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you based on current inventory.

Are sale items returnable?
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly marked on the product page.

How do your tees fit?
Our tees are designed with a relaxed, slightly oversized fit consistent with premium streetwear standards. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed look or your true size for a fitted look.

Do you have a size guide?
Yes. You can find size measurements on each individual product page.

What materials do you use?
We use premium heavyweight cotton and cotton-blend fabrics. Specific material information is listed on each product page.

How should I care for my OCA garment?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Iron inside out on low heat if needed.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
