Returns and Refund Policy for One Caribbean Apparel
Returns Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain products are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To process your return, we require proof of purchase or a receipt.
Please do not return your items directly to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in specific circumstances:

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received your refund, first recheck your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as processing time can vary. Then contact your bank, as they also require processing time for refunds. If you've followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@onecaribbeanapparel.com.
Sale Items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@onecaribbeanapparel.com and mail your item to:

Gifts If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
If returning items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
